Return & Exchange Policy

It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. I accept returns or exchanges provided they meet the following:

• Possible refunds or exchanges will be handled individually with discretion.
• Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
• Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• Custom and personalized orders will not be accepted through return, but I will do everything I can to ensure your satisfaction.
• If you have any questions or special requests please message me BEFORE you purchase your item.
• Custom and made to order work is created especially for you, communication is important so that I may meet or exceed your expectations.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, I can't accept returns for:

•  Custom or personalized orders.
•  Sale items.
