Return & Exchange Policy
It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. I accept returns or exchanges provided they meet the following:
- Possible refunds or exchanges will be handled individually with discretion.
- Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Custom and personalized orders will not be accepted through return, but I will do everything I can to ensure your satisfaction.
- If you have any questions or special requests please message me BEFORE you purchase your item.
- Custom and made to order work is created especially for you, communication is important so that I may meet or exceed your expectations.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Sale items.
I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
